Harpoon RGB wireless : ICUE setup over Bluetooth connection

Hi,

I have referred other posts. It seems like ICUE does not support the mouse over Bluetooth connection as ICUE does not recognize the Bluetooth device.

Why does not ICUE support it? Is this marketing reason or technical difficulties?

I use the mouse via Bluetooth connection. I’m facing the rainbow illumination that is aggressive. At least, I want to make it calm down to solid lighting. I want to ask Corsair developers to resolve this situation, if possible.

Before I purchased this mouse, I was looking for Bluetooth available gaming mice. There are some, and then I chose it.
