It sounds like hardware defect as EOL. Just in case, for PD purpose, did you try using the mouse with another working PC:question:

Did you try to connect it to another Bluetooth PC? Harpoon mouse does not need iCUE to work as a simple regular mouse. :biggrin: This is for PD purpose. Hi, I have referred other posts. It seems like ICUE does not support the mouse over Bluetooth connection as ICUE does not recognize the Bluetooth device. Why does not ICUE support it? Is this marketing reason or technical difficulties? I use the mouse via Bluetooth connection. I’m facing the rainbow illumination that is aggressive. At least, I want to make it calm down to solid lighting. I want to ask Corsair developers to resolve this situation, if possible. Before I purchased this mouse, I was looking for Bluetooth available gaming mice. There are some, and then I chose it. Thanks,:loveeyes: S

Hi plsleite, I tried your workaround, but it does not work for my Harpoon mouse. I want to know the resolution too.:confused:

I found a check box was not checked that is "Start on system startup" in ICUE setting. After that ICUE is started up as expected. :p: Thanks!! SDWIND

Hi guys, I got Harpoon RGB wireless mouse. I have installed ICUE on my Windows 10 PC then I configured a simple profile such as simple change illumination color, DPI, and a mouse button assignment. Then I got problem. After the PC restarted, ICUE does not start automatically. Every restarting the PC, I need to click ICUE icon on the desktop to use my Harpoon mouse properly. Is this spec? or how can I solve this problem? ICUE version : 3.28.75 Dongle FW: 1.7.58 Mouse FW: 1.9.85 Thanks, SDWIND
