Default Ticket #2000826901

Still didnt recieve the tracking number of my package. 7 days ago Corsair recieve my DDR4, and i still didnt have any information. Before i shipping out the package support tell me , replace will be ship out with 2 business days. Now 5 days is over, and i still didnt have reply. Didn 't expect Corsair 's support level to be so low

As mentioned when the rep was looking at your ticket, they've reached out to logistics to see what is going on with the item you've sent in.

still didnt have any info about my ticket. last message from support:
