hi my issue is i recently bought a |CORSAIR VOID RGB ELITE HEADSET| and when i switch between stereo and 7.1 there is no audio change in sound. my previous headset that was a |VOID RGB USB Dolby 7.1 Gaming Headset| did not have this problem and the 7.1 worked wonderfully for me i have reinstalled iCUE and reinstalled the drives in device manager but still no change please please help if you have any ideas thanx.
