Hey guys! My computer makes a lot of noise even when I have my profile set to quite mode. My radiator is mounted on the front so my fans inhale for the rest of the pc. I have a small Phanteks case so I can't have it on top. But I was wondering which fans would be the best to change the radiator fans to? :)
