  1. I have updated to the latest version of iCUE software v 4.18.209 All working fine😀
  2. I’m using a previous version of iCUE software. All working fine so far. Has been for a few days.
  3. I'm having a weird problem and I think it's the iCue software/Windows 11. My Windows Start Menu appears then goes away. Then a second later it flashes up twice then goes. Also sometimes when I have clicked in a text input it automatically types faceb Weird. I don’t use iCue software at this moment to test and so far the issue is gone Anyone else seen this?
  4. I’m a friggin genius. I have figured out why I’m getting “no devices detected” on my PC. It’s running a dll which is causing iCUE software to crash. To fix it rename the y750splugin.dll to y750splugin.dll_bad. It’s in C:/Program Files (x86)/Corsair/CORSAIR iCUE Software/plugins/LenovoY750s You’re welcome

  7. I tried that. Didn’t work for me
  8. K95 Platinum RGB keyboard and Corsair memory
  9. This is the third iCue software which doesn’t work for me. I have a k95 platinum and Corsair memory. It says “no hardware detected” I have to uninstall and install a old version. Has anyone else had this problem. Have already logged a ticket but all they suggest is to not update to latest version. Pathetic if you ask me.
  10. No hardware detected. Third update in a row

  12. [uPDATE] Corsair emailed me the correct firmware so it’s working properly with v3.20.80. I’m too scared to update to v3.34.161 Hello all. I have a K95 Platinum RGB (non xt) I have been getting no device detected. No keyboard and no Corsair ram. Logged a ticket. They told me to uninstall iCue and reinstall a older version. That didn’t work. Had to install a even older version to get it to work. Then they told me to install their firmware. Which bricked my keyboard. I installed the firmware in this thread which got it back from the dead. But I need a non XT version to work properly with iCUE software.
