  1. Hol' up. I just made the mistake of updating to iCUE 4 only to discover that it no longer sees my H115i AOI cooler, so I check way at the bottom of the release notes and sure enough: So, if everyone is supposed to update to iCUE in the future, does that mean that support for these devices will be added at a later time? Otherwise, how do you intend to have people update to v4 if you it means losing support for these devices? In the meantime, I think it would be a good idea to release a minor update to the v3 branch that warns people with unsupported hardware in v4 not to update, or remove the update option altogether until such time that the installed hardware is supported.
  2. Was too good to be true. After another reboot, the RAM showed an error again. Maybe a clean install of icue is in order, but frankly I'm giving up for now. Since it can't control the gpu and I need Aura to change that, but doing so conflicts with icue atm, it's just more hassle than it is worth at this point. Perhaps I'll revisit once it matures out of beta and hopefully allows for control of gpu as well(not sure if that is even planned).
  3. That was it. I was a few bios versions behind(updated to 1401) and that solved that issue. Now I seem to have a bit of a conflict with iCUE and Aura. I know the instructions said to just install it and not run it, as it can't operate at the same time as iCUE, but since I couldn't change the color setting on my 2080ti Strix(yet?), I had to do it via Aura. I was able to change the MB settings in iCUE before launching Aura, but now I think it is still running in the background, since I can't seem to make any changes to the MB via iCUE afterwards. Kind of a confusing setup.
  4. Having issues with my Maximus XI Hero(wifi) w/Vengeance RGB Pro. Followed the instructions to a T and the motherboard does show up in iCUE, but then my RAM has a red warning triangle on it and I can no longer click on it to get to its settings. Nor does making any changes to the available color zones on the motherboard actually make any changes. So not sure what's going on. Using latest iCUE version, Aura 1.07.79, and ASUS plug-in v. 1.0.4.0, Vengeance Firmware v. 1.02.64.
  5. Yup sorry, forgot to mention that. Coolant temp is typically around 35-36C at idle and think can get up to around 42C under load.
  6. I feel like I'm in a similar situation, although I'm running an i9-9900k@5.0GHz with a H115i(not pro). I typically see idle temps ranging from 43-50c with highs in the mid 70s at load. I know the i9s are known to run hot, but I sometimes see reports of much lower idle temps. I've recently tried reseating the cooler, making sure to completely clean both surfaces and applying Arctic MX-4 appropriately. Didn't really notice a difference. The case fans are setup pretty standard; front intake, rear and top exhaust. I haven't tried reversing the H115i fans to a intake flow config. My ambient room temp usually runs on the warmer side between 77-83F. I'm just wondering if this is pretty normal and OK to live with, or if upgrading my AIO to the H115i Pro or another might make any difference.
