Hi 3-4 years ago when some of these bugs starting happening i was like: "ok they are going to fix them" icue 4 came out.. got worse, icue 5 came out and now its daily. - randomly not powering up fans - randomly not connecting with one or more of the ram (RGB-wise) - software starts "off the screen" - not always connecting to the plugins - not saving names of the "headers" in profiles - random crashes - Crash report says "Send report" but does not send it. im wonder if corsair do not know about it? do they ignore it? dont know how to fix it?

ah ok. My CPUs are i9 7940x i7 7700HQ i7 8550u Snapdragon 865 None if them work

dongle was dead.. i bought a new one... btw.. add bluetooth to the virtouso and its the perfect headset

No it does not work.. they show up as 2 different headsets

I have a friend with Carbon editon, and i have the SE. Is it posible to borrow his dongle and pairing it to my headset for testing?

it tryed that. but the problem is not on the headset side.. if the dongle failes to connect to the headset its still visible in windows.. mine are not

re-pairing did nothing :(

yeah well i dont know. cant rly install icue on my phone :P

some times when im lucky the headset can work wires for 2-15min some times more but then completely random it drops out. i have no problems what so ever with wired connection

Hi i have problems using my virtuoso headset wireless it wont show up in windows(device manager) when the problem comes i think it started after a windows update some weeks ago, and it seems to hit the pc's that did not have icue installed. the headset workes with usb cable. Some times when i get it to work it can work for 2-5 min before disappearing again.. icue says firmware is 0.17.149 and 0.16.80 i have tried: different usb port installing icue resetting the headset with the button uninstalling windows updates ( dongle does not work from my phone either..) uninstalling usb devices in device manager uninstalling every corsair thing in device manager any adivce? thanks

Many people use "motherboard lighting" as a way of saying Asus aura or mystic light. but the point is: if this new integration is only going to work with the light on the motherboard it's completely useless. We could talk all day about just the motherboard, but what's the point? at least one software needs to control everything on both platforms

they had so many years to fix this... and it only works on the motherboards? joke..

can any1 test if Aura can control corsair RGB devices?
