Hi Corsair team, I buy a corsair mice last week and I wrongly updated the last firmware :( Now I have issues with the double click. My question is: Which version of iCUE I need to install to downgrade the version of the firmware of the mice KATAR PRO and have the default one? Is there a factory reset? I was using my Katar Pro yesterday afternoon. I stopped using it for about 20 minutes while I wrote some notes down in my notebook. I went back to wake it up from its Sleep mode and I noticed it wouldn't turn on at all. I changed the battery 3 times, every time with a brand new battery. I tried to do the reset trick where you hold down the left click and right click but the DPI light wont turn on at all. When I set it to bluetooth I can see the sensor light turns on (its a little red light inside the sensor) but the dpi light stays off and no matter how much I spam it, it wont turn on. Ive only had the mouse for about 2 months and I use it on my work macbook air. Ive never had to use the iCUE software because its always worked fine without it. Please Help! -
I got a new corsair katar a few days ago. On my windows 7 pc the cursor motion is very shaky especially when i move the mouse slowly. Its not as bad on ubuntu running on the same machine or on my windows 7 laptop but its still not nearly as smooth as my old logitech or microsoft or even the cheap no-name mice i have. Things ive tried to remedy the cursor jerk-o-motion: - updating firmware - updating motherboard usb drivers - running malwarebytes - booting without startup items - unsinstalling icue. - reinstalling icue. - using different mousepads (one is a steelseries) - trying different surfaces
