batman_og
Currently running 2x8gb set of vengeance rgb along with an asus z270i strix gaming board. Using the corsair link software, im able to control the first dimm, but the second stick still continues to cycle through rainbow. I've adjusted the grouped/ungrouped settings, i've tried to also adjust both sticks individually through the software, but only the first dimm is affected. Sorry if this is a repeat question, I just received the sticks yesterday and had the same issue before using the vengeance white led kit, i could only adjust the first dimm. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!
Cpt.Planet
Can you post a screenshot of your main Corsair Link window? Also did you enable SPD Write in the bios?

bompton
I have the same issue with ASUS z270i and 16 gb vengeance rgb ram. First slot works fine, second doesn't. Was stuck on rainbow first and after switching places of the sticks second slot is now completely unresponsive although showing up fine in Link its just black/off irl. MadBullBunny
Just want to chime in, i'm having this issue. I swapped my ram sticks around to see if that would fix it before finding this topic. I'm running 4.7.0.77. Seems like this issue is going unnoticed for z270i users.
