  1. POST PICS! I want to see this!
  2. That would be great, but at that point it'd be too long. There are other cases out there that do this haha. Also, front-bottom mounted PSUs make it difficult to cable manage.
  3. While this would be nice, it would hike up the price quite considerably.
  4. Where have you installed your radiator? We've installed H115is in our builds with no issues. Post up a picture of your setup.
  5. Hello there! There will not be any incompatibility issues. The HX1200 will work just fine in your system.
  6. A quick google post shows that someone else was able to install that cooler into our 750D case. https://imgur.com/a/0ti7Z#S458ysj
  7. Thank you for your feedback! We'll look into it for future products. The reasoning for this was to ensure that the HDDs did not overheat. We designed it so that the cage has the best airflow. We'll see what we can do in future cases. That control unit is to control fan LIGHTING. It controls both SP120 RGB and HD120/HD140 RGB fans. The three button controller is the lighting mode, color change, and mode speed (rate of flashing / transition). This is all covered in the manual. The offset is to allow for the fans to fit and to prevent hitting memory. This has been an issue in the past with earlier generation of cases, where if you wanted to have tall ram and a radiator with fans on top, they would get in the way of each other. We fixed that by going with this positioning and allows users the freedom to do both. Yes, we understand this prevent proper alignment with the front fans, but we wanted to give our users more options and the capability to install the components they want. This was a highly requested feature for the past couple of years. If you have any other questions, comments, or concerns, let us know.
  8. Yes. We've installed this specific motherboard in both cases and it fits well.
  9. Hello there! Unfortunately, I was unable to fully understand your question. Would you please re-word it so I can better understand how to assist you? Thank you and have a wonderful day!
  10. I highly recommend you replace all of the affected components. If you have 3-4 fans that got burned up, please update your ticket and request an RMA on those as well. We should have covered them in the initial ticket. Do not use them as there may be additional damage that would take place.
  11. Sometimes, the case latches require additional shifting to properly sit correctly. Slightly shift the case handle until it just snaps into place. That's how we usually do it over here. Just try every direction until it does.
  12. Looking forward to seeing this finished! Please upload your pictures to IMGUR so we can get the full resolution.
  13. While this modification of the bracket was done well, we don't recommend it. It will void your HG10's warranty and if not done correctly, may cause you some issues. Please do so at your own risk and we are not liable for any damages that may occur before, during, or after the installation of the modded bracket.
  14. Please remove the fan from the radiator and run it by itself, see if the rattling stops. There's a chance that a wire is hitting the blades and causing this. If it's not this, then unit is defective and you'll need to contact our support team. We'll get you sorted out!
  15. Hello Steve, As much as it pains me to say, it won't fit easily, even with slight modifications. If you have any other questions, comments, or concerns, please let us know!
  16. Hello there! Unfortunately, your card is a custom board design and not designated to work correctly with our HG10 bracket. This bracket is meant for reference size 970 series. The screw holes on your board do not match the reference design PCB.
  17. This is amazing. Coming up on 8 years later, and it's still truckin'.
  18. Unfortunately, at this time, the PSU cover is out of stock in our own inventory and will be replenished soon enough. This is the main reason that retailers haven't been able to stock it. We aren't neglecting anyone, they just sold out quicker than we realized. So now, we're making more and will hopefully make them available to all regions. Until then, please be patient as we are working hard to ensure everyone is happy.
  19. Hello Gustaf, I have forwarded over your ticket to the appropriate department. They are looking into it now.
  20. The RM750i comes with a pair of 4+4 (8-Pin) EPS cables. So take a second EPS cable and split it in half easily, then plug it into the 4-pin connector on the motherboard. No additional parts are required.
  21. You push the tab away from the metal chassy, then lift the SSD cage up.
