tim92655 Posted February 21, 2015 Author Share Posted February 21, 2015 thanks for the reply i checked the connections several times even reconnected it still no luck the light on the psu is green but no light on the usb dongle maybe the dongle went bad. tim92655 Posted February 21, 2015 Author Share Posted February 21, 2015 well i got it working had to jump a lot of hoops but it is fixed. first i went into device manager and uninstalled the driver plus put a check in the box to remove all software then i uninstalled all corsair software in programs and features. then i deleted the corsair folder in app data and roaming then I rebooted and reinstalled corsair link. still no power tab so i went into device manager found corsair usb dongle had no driver so i updated the driver and let windows find the driver and walla it works now. the reason it didn't work before was because the driver was not digitally signed Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
