Currently having a problem with my H2100 headset, the blue and recharging lamp is on all the time and i cant turn on / off my headset, anyone got any tips how to fix this ? emotrooper66 Posted October 25, 2015 Share Posted October 25, 2015 I have this problem as well and I got an error message pop up saying something along the lines of 'USB not recognized: device has malfunctioned. I can't figure out what happened and how to fix it. The headset was working fine earlier in the day and then I took a couple hour nap and came back to the head set and now I'm having these problems.
