Corsair Chris Posted October 20, 2015 Share Posted October 20, 2015 Is your headset turning on? If yes, go to the next question. If no, it may be in bootloader mode, use the sticky guide. Are you able to change the lighting using CUE? If yes, go to the next question. If no, is the headset paired? If no, use the sticky guide to pair it. ferrii6 Posted October 20, 2015 Author Share Posted October 20, 2015 My headset turns on, yes so I assume that it's not in bootloader mode. I'm able to change the light, but nothing happens when I do it. I tried to pair a lot of times but the usb never turns in a static light. In windows my devices are selected by default, yes.
