TomBayne
I am trying to use my void surround headset on my xbox (which it says it is compatible with) I plug it into the controller and it doesn't work. On PC it works fine with or without the usb adapter. Am I doing something wrong.
Corsair Employee Corsair CJ Posted September 19, 2016 Corsair Employee Share Posted September 19, 2016 It should just work. If there aren't any additional audio settings you can tweak, maybe try power cycling the controller and/or the console. Here's the Xbox One headset help doc for reference (as stated prior, it should simply work once plugged into the controller) http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/accessories/connect-compatible-headset
Winger1775
Nope, doesn't work with Xbox One. Whether plugging into the 3.5mm on the controller or using the USB dongle adapter into the USB port. Nada. I'll try with Xbox One S this week and see what happens. I have the standard Void. Xbox doesn't recognize it.
