Frustrating return experience

Ticket #715635

Opened a ticket to return a bad power supply for a refund six weeks ago & attached copies of receipts. After several calls to support I was finally directed to return the defective part. The part was received & I was told the refund was authorized & would take two weeks to process. After waiting three weeks for the check, I called today to get a status & was told the check has not even been processed yet. What is the delay?

Sent back the defective part over three weeks ago, was told I would receive my refund within two weeks. Did not receive refund. Received an email from manager Tim last Thursday, promising me that he would call within 24 hours to expedite the refund. He never called. I have talked to the Support line multiple times over the last few weeks, every rep promised to follow up & make sure I received a call - no one has called. Worst customer service ever.
