My pc would not boot up so i did some fault finding as I build my own pc so I know what I’m doing. And I tried each ram module in each slot until I found the one that was causing the problems the other 3 modules would boot fine in all slots but the 1 module would cause a boot loop. So I’m trying to rma the ram but the Corsairs web site is not recognising the part number CMU32GX4M4A2666C16R so I’m a little stuck Can anybody help with this thanks in advance Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It is showing in our system for me, so it may have been a browser issue. If you haven't submitted a ticket , please go ahead and do so with any memory part number and add the correct part number as a ticket comment. We would be able to change it on our end.
