Mejjo Posted September 18, 2017 Share Posted September 18, 2017 Hi there everyone, My corsair headset in only a couple months old but i'm starting to have a very frustrating issue. When its plugged in charging and i'm listening to something ( music, games etc ) at random times the headset just powers off and i need to hold the button on the side to turn it back on. It doesn't seem to happen when not plugged in. I have made sure the setting in CUE to turn off is not selected. Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong?
