Corsair 400r will it fit 325mm gpu by any means

Hi Guys

I know the case can fit only 316mm. Only 9mm or 1cm deviation from rated

Is this designed or mentioned due to gpu used to have power supply in the side instead of top 6 years back

As when i measure from the pci-e to cage hdd i see 13 inch card need is 12.8 . Can i squeeze in or not at all possible.

I have a fan which i can remove it and place somewhere
