Blofeld2k Posted October 8, 2018 Share Posted October 8, 2018 Hi all, I am using the latest iCUE with the latest fw on all updatable devices but the iCUE icon displays a red "!". How can I tell what iCUE is trying to say? Also the mouse (Dark Core) only shows up in iCUE if the USB cable is connected, any ideas? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

hastegag Posted October 9, 2018 Share Posted October 9, 2018 if you unplug the dongle for the mouse do you still get it? Also if you re seat the keyboard do you get the red exclamation point still?
