Guardiangr
Greetings, i bought a B350-F gaming strix with CMK16GX4M2B3000C15W. I noticed that it was 2133mhz in bios. I entered DOCP and it went at 2933 at 1.4 volt. Is that ok? i thought that at XMP it should go 1.35 not 1.4. Should i use it DOCP 1.4 volt? emissary42
DOCP is the ASUS workaround to apply settings from an Intel Extreme Memory Profile (XMP) for AMD systems. To improve the success rate, it tends to overcompensate a bit. If your current settings are stable, i wouldn't worry too much about a Vdimm of 1.4V. You can of course try to manually lower it step by step. Just make sure to run some stability tests after each reduction and move one step back up, once you notice stability issues.
