Corsair Vengeance LPX 64GB 4x16GB 4000Mhz CMK32GX4M2F4000C19

I am trying to get my memory speed above 3.6Ghz. In order to achieve 3.6 I had to raise the DRAM voltage to 1.40. I tried 1.45 to try and get to 3.7Ghz but the post failed. My RAM is supposed to be able to hit 4Ghz. Do I have to give it more juice? If so, what is the maximum I can give it without frying my RAM?

I overclocked my CPU to 5Ghz. Memory is at 3700. VCCSA/VCCIO is at 1.35v. DRAM is at 1.35v. VCORE is at 1.30v. System Agent is at 4500. What does it take to even hit 3800?

I'm not complaining about 3700. I'm sure it's probably just as good as 4000. But I paid for 4000 and I sure would like to get to it.

Any other settings I can change without frying things. :sigh!:

Those VCCSA/IO voltages are rather high for DDR4-3700. These are probably configured @ AUTO? Values too high/too low both can hurt stability, so i would adjust them manually instead to what your CPU IMC actually requires for that memory frequency (my 7700K needs sub 1.2V VCCSA for that and even less VCCIO).

As for hitting DDR4-4000, test both kits individually first in the recommended slots. It might be a case of the MB not being able to handle 4x16GB at that high of a frequency, esp if Gigabyte didn't apply a decent T-topology for the memory slots.
