elementalwindx Posted January 7, 2018 Share Posted January 7, 2018 Ok so I have this corsair void model rda0003 on fw 39.02. It keeps disconnecting and reconnecting repeatedly. I saw someone on here mention that 2.4GHz wifi can mess with it, so I put all my ap's on channel 1. Didn't change the situation at all. Put them on channel 12. Same result. I've got it on the front of my PC. The dongle is maybe 3ft from my head max. Any idea how to fix this issue? Toasted Posted January 10, 2018 Share Posted January 10, 2018 Try the headset on another computer. Does the headset still continue to disconnect? Tried moving the USB dongle as well?
