pyschometal
Hi, Is it possible to remove a device from the cue software? I have a K95 keyboard and a Scimitar Pro RGB mouse but, I prefer the mouse behaviour when it is running off the on-board profiles. I would like to be able to keep the cue software running for my keyboard macros to work but I want the mouse to be left alone. Is this possible? Corsair Employee Corsair Calico Jack Posted May 21, 2018 Corsair Employee Share Posted May 21, 2018 No, it isn't. Why do you prefer the on-board profile? You can recreate the on-board profile in the software.
pyschometal
That is a shame. I prefer to use the on-board profiles of the mouse because, certain functions behave erratically when Cue commands them. for instance Volume Up, Volume Down. When using a a Cue profile, the mouse will randomly selects/ clicks the button anywhere from 1 click to 4 clicks (if you are fast, more if you are slow) but, when using the on-board profiles, a click is registered once even if you hold the button in. I have tried recreating the on-board profile in the Cue but the button function still behave erratically until I quit the Cue software. If you want to test it out for yourself, I have Vol Up on button 7 and Vol Down on button 10 within Cue and saved on-board.
