Thank you. I got a reply, with an approved RMA, but there's a catch: the shipping label is incomplete. There is no return address, only my address is there. I already tried with different browsers and does not change. I need an address to return. I already replied in the ticket about that.

A few days have passed since the RMA was accepted, and so far no automated message. Is that supposed to happen? I have an incomplete shipping label due to the fact that there is something at your side that did not selected the RMA return hub.
