Touzky Posted June 17, 2018 Share Posted June 17, 2018 Hello, The rubber part of my microphone on my Corsair VOID broke at the hinge, it's been two days since I tried to create an RMA but after connecting I always fall on a page with an error message : { "Message": "005" } Or sometimes on a page vaguely resembling what I think should be the plug to fill an RMA but with an "Error" folder I specify that I am in Belgium and I therefore choose the part "Europe" Thank you in advance for your answers Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
