AX850 fan not working, RMA?

Hi.

I've been using this power supply for almost two years now, and I quickly discovered that the PSU fan was faulty when I first received it; No matter what pressure I put on the PSU I just couldn't get the damn thing to speed up, it's just dead.

Now, I've written about this problem before, about two years ago when I first discovered this, but it's been recently, after I upgraded my rig, that I've been more and more worried about how this PSU will cope without that extra cooling.

Is RMA on this product still valid, since I've been running it for so long, knowing it's faulty?

You would need to start a new case by using the link on the left.

As long as you have a copy of your original receipt and your PSU is still within it's warranty period they will replace it.
