Emjay221
I've had the Void Pro Wireless headset for a couple days now. I switched from Logitech G930. I'm used to getting a low battery warning on screen and beeping. The void Pro gives me NO warning and I don't even hear anything saying it's turning off. It's just... off. I'm there talking on discord and no one hears me. I have to plug in and turn on the headset again. I looked where it says to change the settings to enable audio notifications, but it was already checked. This has happened twice. It's annoying enough that I would consider going back to Logitech if I can't figure this out. It's annoying to have no idea what the battery is unless I go into the software every so often. Thanks in advance.
Corsair Employee Corsair Nick Posted March 6, 2018 Corsair Employee Share Posted March 6, 2018 First thing I would try is making sure all your USB and chipset drivers are updated with the ones from the motherboard manufacturer's site. Also disable USB Selective Suspend in the Advanced Power Options for Windows. Have you tried changing the USB port the dongle is plugged into?
