dembatman Posted October 22, 2015 Share Posted October 22, 2015 So i got my void wireless black headset little more than a week ago and after a difficult setup including repairing the dongle and the headset, i got them to work and have been very happy with them. But now CUE wont show the headset charging when it is plugged in (tested with 2 different cables and many USB ports) and even when it is plugged in it only loses battery. But when i restart my pc it shows that the battery is charged (the percentage is higher). Acctually right now as i am writing this it did the following: 1. headset is plugged in, should be charging 2. CUE states 100% 3.replug dongle 4.CUE states 99% 5.replug almost immediately 6.CUE states 100% So what to do and where to look for the cause? Update. reinstalled CUE and now at 97% when plug in it says "charging" for few seconds then 100% and when i unplug again 97%. i need to test it when my battery runs lower Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The battery levels listed in CUE is an approximation so it may not be completely accurate. We will need to investigate this issue some more.
