Zallibik Posted January 30, 2017 Share Posted January 30, 2017 Like the title says, every few mins my void wireless headset will continuously beep a few times and switch off.. only when plugged in charging tho, this only started about a week ago, I have reinstalled CUE I have updated firmware, I've tried several different micro usb cables not really sure what is wrong. any help appreciated. Toasted Posted January 30, 2017 Share Posted January 30, 2017 Go to the global settings screen in CUE with the headset turned on and connected. Does CUE say its charging? Zallibik Posted January 31, 2017 Author Share Posted January 31, 2017 still doing same thing nothing through voice prompt says USB device not recognised occasionally in bottom right corner of windows (version windows 7 home premium) and then the head set just switches off. soon as I turn it back on its fine for a random period of time. Toasted Posted February 1, 2017 Share Posted February 1, 2017 Sounds like a USB issue. Can you try the headset on another computer? Does it work fine? Make sure your USB chipset drivers, Windows, BIOS etc are all up to date. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Krelsis Posted February 19, 2017 Share Posted February 19, 2017 I have similar problem, random shut off ONLY whilst charging, tried several other USB cable and ports, gotten to the point however where the official void cable causes a power surge. 7OMM Posted April 13, 2018 Share Posted April 13, 2018 did anyone get a fix for this as my stuff is about 3 months old and this is happening to me too. i am using a corsair void pro (wireless) and ST100 corsair stand the little usb dongle is plugged in the top and i use the side slot bit for the charging wire to the headset. any help would be great as i cant play game when the headset needs to charge which is annoying.
