Aiden91 Posted December 25, 2017 Share Posted December 25, 2017 I came home today to a working headset that was dying. I realized it wasn't charging so I plugged it in, but didn't hear the beep. I turn it off and am not able to turn it back on again. It is showing up as a working device on my PC, but on CUE, it is showing as "not connnected". I've had the headset for about a year now and it hasn't had any problems until now. I got it to turn back on one time by pressing the mute button then pressing power and it was showing the battery at 1%. I've googled pretty much everything and nothing has gotten it to turn back on. I just woke up and tried turning it on and it did. But again, only showing 1% and not charging. How do I go about getting a new charger for his headset?
