Each time I attempt to make a backup system image of this drive with Windows or Macrium it fails with an error at the end. As it stands I can't make a restore image of this drive. Chaserx Posted February 1, 2014 Author Share Posted February 1, 2014 It ended up being the "system reserved" partition that Windows insistently creates -even from clean installs- that was causing the problem. It wasn't Corsair's issue. The easiest way to avoid that is to create a partition on a full drive, and mark it as a "primary" then choose to install windows on that partition. What a PITA.
