I tried creating a new one to follow up and someone replied he reopened it but still closed. Any updates on this? I am quite concerned that it may take longer before I receive my product replacement. We fixed it, but we don't have that specific cooler at the moment. We're going to be sending an H100iV2 instead. It's the same exact cooler, but with newer parts.
