Help with key binding macro.

I've recently started to experiment with Corsair Utility for Engine and macros on my K70 RGB keyboard. I am getting the hang of it, but haven't quite figured out one thing I am trying to do. Playing games like Rainbow Six Siege, I would like to play around with a macro that allows me to strafe right (D key) and lean right at the same time (E key). My problem is the when I press the D key, it strafes right for a split second only and leans successfully. I would like to learn how to make it that whilst holding down the D key, it constantly strafes right until i let go of the D key instead of only momentarily.

Enable advanced mode, change the action trigger for the action and see whether that helps.
