extremeredline
Is the copper plate that comes on the 115i v2 100% copper cause I was going to use thermal grizzly conductanaut and I don't want any corrosion.
c-attack
No. Do not use liquid metal with any AIO cold plate. You are guaranteed to leave permanent marks. In fact, it is unlikely to ever come off your CPU either, so consider if you want to throw away any resale value on your CPU before trying to scrape two more degrees off your temps. I just took Conductonaut off my GPU hybrid after 1 year of use. Thankfully, the Nvidia chips clean up well. I would need an acid bath for the little 120mm cooler package. Possibly understandable after a year, but Summer I put it on another AIO as well. Three weeks was long enough to permanently alter the cold plate.
