ChuckinSC Posted December 16, 2013 Share Posted December 16, 2013 I'm asking for suggestions for which Hydro to use with my 800D case. The cpu is a i7-4770k on the Asus Sabertooth Z87 board. I'm planning to oc, but not interested in taking it to the extreme limits. Noise, or the lack thereof, is a factor to me. Is there a sweet spot in the series of Hydros that you might suggest? Latharion Posted December 17, 2013 Share Posted December 17, 2013 I use an H100i in my Obsidian 700D case (basically an 800D without the hotswap front caddy). I have it mounted at the top, which is a great place for this cooler. I've had really good results with mine. The 800D cannot use the 140mm for factor rads so the H110 is not a valid choice. Dual length rads can be more efficient, but they do add more fans which introduces more noise, so it really is personal taste. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
