Order Been Processing For Nearly a Week

Last Wednesday (the 22nd) I ordered a K70 RGB with Cherry MX Blue switches as part of the limited time offer. The order has been sitting "Processing" for almost a week now. When I ordered, it said it would ship within 2-3 Business days and it's been almost five now.

 

And I know, patience is a virtue, but trying to sell my old keyboard is proving difficult when I can't say when I can give it to whomever is buying it.

Its best to call Customer Support,the mods cant give you a status on your order...

 

Thought it'd be something like this, I'll update here on what I find out. I try to do this as a last resort most of the time, talking on the phone or on live chat makes me uncomfortable.

Well I contacted support and was told that the keyboard is on back-order, which is annoying and kinda dismaying considering it said it was in-stock when I ordered it. Whatever, at least I know what's going on now.
