Stormchasingk9 Posted September 8, 2017 Share Posted September 8, 2017 The headset works fine on a MacBook Air. Mic works, speakers work, LED's work. However, when I plug it into my Windows 10 gaming machine, Windows fails to recognize it as does the CUE software. When booting up PC, the BIOS detects it and it functions, but as soon as Win 10 loads it turns the LED's off and the speakers off. No detection in CUE. I've installed the latest version of CUE software. Is there something I'm missing? Please help. :( Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If so, Right click it > Properties >General > Copy+Paste the device status here.
