  1. Hi All, Every time I am prompted to update ICUE software I have the same problem. I don't understand why Corsair would be the only software that a lot of us have the same issue with and they can't fix it. Below is a description of the known issue; If I forget and click on the ICUE software update when I have my 2 monitors and 65" tv plugged into my computer the ICUE software application is split between the two 24" monitors on my desk. But problem is I can only see the bottom half of the application on both monitors. So there is no way to drag it to one screen or even drag it down. So I realize what I done and then unplug the 65" tv. Then use Task Manager to close ICUE software and then reopen only to find it opened the same way. I then have to unplug the 2nd monitor to get the ICUE software to display on one screen properly. The weird thing is my two 24" monitors are identical with same resolution yet ICUE software won't recognize that. I wish Corsair would address this issue before customers get tired of it and move on to other brands of keyboards. I like my K70 RGB keyboard but I will buy a different brand if this issue is not fixed when I need a new keyboard. Not very happy to have to sit at my computer first thing this morning with my coffee and have to waste time to deal with this issue :( cheers
  2. To get into the BIOS on bootup with K70 keyboard I press the 'spacebar' and DEL or whatever key brings you into your BIOS. I press the "spacebar and then the 'DEL' key a few times and then I am into the BIOS. I think you basically have to wake up the K70 keyboard when first booting up. Please try that and reply back to your post. cheers
