Just got my void today and was having issues with CUE detecting it. Manually put it in bootloader mode as per Corsair Chris' earlier suggestions to other people. It's the Void Wireless SE Yellowjacket, and currently shows up as an Avnera AV6302 in my devices. Following the steps laid down in the first post to fix a bootloader situation and CUE still doesn't recognize the USB. CUE is in Admin, it is the latest version, and the firmware for both the headset and dongle are at 33.00. I've tried reinstalling CUE several times, restarting my computer, uninstalling/updating drivers for various things, with no results. Please help :(
Edit: Also tried using older versions of CUE, different cables, and am now on Windows 10 instead of Windows 7
