Issue is 2 years old and no confirmed fix. I will be returning these tomorrow. Last corsair product I ever purchase.

yup same problem here, tried everything suggested in this thread no joy. Also not getting "voice prompts activated" when checking the box. Corsair Void Pro USB, Ver 3.13.94, win 10.
