  1. Still hoping this can get looked at: http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?t=165369 Additionally, the ability to create a lighting effect that only repeats while a macro it's linked to is active. > ie you press G15 which begins Macro 15, and while Macro 15 is going, G15 plays "Blue Flashing Light," and when Macro 15 ends, "Blue Flashing Light" also ends. This way it'd be much easier to tell which keys have macros running on them. You can currently sort of bootleg this effect by making a key have a lighting effect turn on when you press that key, but the problem is that if the macro is cancelled via a method other than pressing that same key again (ie turning on another macro; an issue that would be solved by my post linked above), then the G15 key would continue playing its lighting effect even though Macro 15 had been cancelled.
  2. You didn't even take the time to read the previous comments, which was only one page, on which you would have found the EXACT post contradicting what you just wrote @Comet
  3. Clearly you didn't read the thread, because, no, it's not. LOOKIE HERE: http://i.imgur.com/FBMzlP7.png This is a macro that toggles on/off and repeats infinitely until I press it again. Not a macro that runs X times and then self-terminates, as in your example. No idea why you'd need such an option with a macro that only runs X times. To reiterate the points of this thread for you, Comet, the capability to run an infinite macro (such as this where leftclick-- ie pull the trigger-- is repeatedly clicked until I tell it to stop; an automatic rapidfire trigger macro), can run, but then another similar macro (such as spamming Ability 2 infinitely until I tell it to stop) begins, and only PAUSES rather than HALTS (currently it halts, it used to pause) the other active macros. So something like this - Toggle on Macro 1 - Toggle on Macro 2 (Macro 1 pauses) - Toggles off Macro 2 (Macro 1 resumes) Or on a more advanced level: - Toggle on Macro 1 - Toggle on Macro 2 (Macro 1 pauses) - Toggle on Macro 3 (Macro 2 pauses) - Toggle off Macro 3 (Macro 2 resumes, Macro 1 still paused) - Toggle off Macro 2 (Macro 1 resumes) AGAIN, this is how CUE used to work back before whatever update changed it over to this new interface. It's no longer possible.
  4. Actually, @marvinc, thanks for replying to this. I just realized I'm running 2.9.53 when the latest CUE version is 2.15.83. Good god I am behind. Maybe they have fixed it?
  5. No update as far as I'm aware. Unfortunately, I'm likely to be switching over to Razer when I next upgrade my hardware, largely due to this; I hear Razer's macro and customization driver is a lot more advanced than Corsair's, which has honestly digressed since I first started using Corsair products. For reference, I'm running CUE 2.9.53 (not sure if that's the latest one though; it keeps giving me "CUE has detected an error during Software update check")
  6. I know, sorry I can't be more accurate. It did work on all updates of that version of the software though, yes. From the tone of your comment, it sounds you're part of the Corsair software team? Or connected to them in some way?
  7. Yes, this is exactly what I'm looking for too. The previous version I was using (not sure the exact number) where it was working looked like this: http://images.anandtech.com/doci/10112/1.png
  8. Right, this is exactly what I want (and used to have in my older version of CUE) with the once discrepancy that mine are set to toggle (ie button press on, second button press for off) rather than hold to keep the macro engaged.
  9. Ok, but, reading what I wrote, it worked on my previous version of CUE. Updating my CUE was apparently a downgrade in this instance.
  10. Ah, ok. Yes, it's there, but the problem is that it's not there in the option I want to use: Toggle, so that it repeats indefinitely until I disable it. The option was present for Toggle in my old CUE, but not in this one for some reason http://i.imgur.com/8t4ncWq.png http://i.imgur.com/dbOQXeN.png It was supported in my previous version of CUE for my K95 and worked fine.
  11. ??? I literally went to corsair.com/downloads and chose the most recent build number. http://i.imgur.com/MxkpzYo.png Also checked for updates in the engine, and it says I'm running the latest version of the software.
  12. I am in Advanced mode, but how do I tell if I'm on a software vs hardware profile?
  13. I just downloaded the most recent version of CUE and opposed to my prior version, which had a checkbox for "execute macro uninterrupted" that gave the macro precedence over everything else, it does not seem to be present in the new CUE. Does anyone know if I can still set this option? Basically it allowed me to run one macro, then start another macro with EMU option checked and the new macro would play until I stopped it and then the first macro would continue. Now, if I start the second macro, it doesn't pause the old macro but instead cancels it completely. Anyone know if I can fix this?
