Default RMA Shipping Label- not available

My shipping label is not available. Under my support tickets, it says "no support tickets available". I have tried reaching out on the chat & phone calls but have not received a response.

RMA ID: #2000429087
and the assigned agent is Jason C

We had an agent attach a prepaid label to the ticket, it should also forward the label to your email.
