ajbombadill
Hi, I have purchased the 400R and would like to use it with the Asus Z9PE-D8 WS Motherboard, but I am not sure it will mount properly, are they compatible? Thanks, AJ
Protocol48
The MB is an ATX 12" x 13" The case specs state that with fit an ATX or mATX MB, but why are you putting a $530 MB in a outdated Corsair $90 case? If I had that MB, I would purchase a full side-window Corsair case, wire it neatly and show it off.
Hood
No, this 12" x 13" EEB server motherboard will not fit! I owned a 400R through 3 builds, and the motherboard sits down inside a deep indentation which will only fit ATX boards (12" x 9.6") or smaller. Try an Obsidian 750D, which will accommodate E_ATX and XL_ATX boards (also EEB with most of the screws).
