sazr
Hi, I just set up my new H100i and installed Corsair Link (version 2.4.5110). However, the H100i is not detected (consequently neither are the fans connected to it). It doesn't show up on the devices list, nor can I adjust fan speed, RGB, etc. Furthermore, I can't update the firmware either. I have tried all internal USB ports, and also used a mini-USB to USB cable and connected to one of the back IO USB ports. http://imgur.com/iy5gVYV.png What am I missing here? Thanks

Infected
Thank you, Insomniack. That worked in getting the H100i to show up in Link. There is now a new problem though. The fans for the H100i are not showing. An ideas on this?
Insomniack
Did you follow the install instructions, delete old profile, uninstall Link, reboot and reinstall (Run as Admin)? And make sure you have "show all devices" set.
