In my new PSU Corsair TX650W CP-9020038-EU fan spins for a short time when the load on the graphics card is reduced (eg out of the game Crysis 3). However, he makes a lot of noise at the time. Is this a defect? My computer is very quiet and the noise irritates. Sorry for the bad English, but addresses of technical support in Russian I have not found.
