ebfischl Posted December 28, 2019 Share Posted December 28, 2019 I just completed a new build with a 570X case that has three front fans. I initially installed a H80iV2 cooler and all three fans seemed to run normally. However, when rendering 4K video the processor ran quite warm so I replaced the cooler with an H100i Platinum, which lowered the CPU temp, but. . . When I start the system, the three fans initially start but as the boot process continues, the third (bottom) fan spins down and stops. It does remain lit, however. The other fans seem to work normally. Also, the iCue app shows that the three fans are spinning when in fact the third is not. Any thoughts?
