danzig168 Posted July 6, 2020 Share Posted July 6, 2020 I need some help resolving MANY issues with my Virtuoso SE. -After a few weeks the wireless adapter does not work. Windows says it has malfunctioned when it's plugged in. Firmware is up to date. No wireless connectivity at all. -Headset will frequently chatter in my ear about Mic On, Mic Off, Charging, when nothing has been touched or connected/disconnected. -Using Amazon Connect for work along with Kustomer. Incoming phone calls used to auto mute the mic. Now disconnecting a call mutes the mic. -Headset currently displays as Virtuoso SE (1) (1) (1) (1) and Unavailable in ICue, but the headset is working wired. side note, those (1)s go on endlessly These are the issues I remember off hand and that are happening at the moment, there are others.
