chad711 Posted December 14, 2019 Share Posted December 14, 2019 I've been going back and forth with Corsair support for about two weeks now and they cannot seem to fix this. I've seen post dating back to 2017 of this happening to people. Never once did I see a real fix posted from Corsair. I have two computers built and it happens on both. I've troubleshooted this so aggressively that I'm at the point of just giving up. Corsair Link works just fine. When two different computers with different hardware, different windows builds are both doing it I have to wonder when will Corsair escalate this issue on their end and resolve. If I uninstall iQue the problem goes away. Watch video (I will send this to support as well). Apologies about the camera shake at 35 seconds for a few seconds. Must of been phone issues for a moment.
