LS100 Video Lighting creating noise in sound

Hello guys,

I tried to find something similar in the forum but I didn't manage to.

I recently purchased a Corsair LS100, it works completly fine but when I set Video Lighting in iCUE it creates sound noise in my headset/speakers, like cracking.

I tried with Corsair Ambience app (3rd Party) and it happens exactly the same. Can someone give me an idea on how to fix it?

Even with the Strips turned off, if I set Video Lighting sound cracks, so I think is more a software issue than a hardware one

I have this problem since i switched from an USB Headset to a jack one.

I did several drivers reinstallations, and it did nothing, i was so pissed...

And today, after a problem with my iCue Drivers, i found that i have the same problem, like you. Just a thing to add, it seems that the cracking sound occurs when the mic is used by some other software, like Zoom or Discord. Without the mic used, or disabled in sound proprieties, it doesn't occur.

But did you find a solution since mid October ?
